About the panelists:

Maria Antoniou is Learning and Development Manager at Simmons & Simmons and has been the sponsor behind the successful establishment of an award winning coaching culture across the business services departments.

Marina Dieck has recently been appointed as EMCC Director of Standards and Accreditation. Since 1994, Marina has coached and advised senior executives, managers, and professionals across IT and Telecoms, Banking, Pharmaceutical, Construction and the Public Sector on strategic planning, building high performance teams, developing leadership skills and planning organisational change.

Chris Roberts is a Director of Harty Roberts. Following 16 years in senior leadership positions, he qualified as a Coach in 2005 and coaches and mentors high potential leaders, both individuals and teams, in a range of professional services and IT organisations. He is actively involved in the continuous professional development of Coaches and of the coaching profession.
