| Harty Roberts coaches awarded European Individual Accreditation |
As part of the pilot group, a number of our coaches succesfully completed and were awarded the EMCC European Individual Accreditation at Master Practitioner and Senior Practitioner level. The EIA is the benchmark quality accreditation, recognising the professional and the ongoing application of competence of accredited coaches and mentors. | EMCC UK 4th Annual Conference |
Chris Roberts is a Director of EMCC UK and was instrumental in organising their Annual Conference held in London from 5th to 7th May. Over the three days, 160 delegates explored practice, application and research in coaching and the keynote speakers addressed topics ranging from “What does performance coaching mean in the post-recession economy?” to "A rEvolution in dealing with change; what the research says and why the rules are changing". The conference was an excellent opportunity to reflect on coaching practice and network with other coaches, practitioners and innovators.

Coaching and mentoring requires a holistic view, as common sense dictates that there can be no single correct methodology or typology which fits the wide variety of situations that both coaches and mentors are required to service.
