Is contracting essential for successful coaching or just an additional benefit?

Dear [FIRSTNAME]

Our round table discussion will look at how contracting can balance the relationship between the coach, coachee and line manager or business sponsor. We’ll also review how it can provide the coaching assignment with a strategic focus and provide valuable feedback for the firm.

This breakfast session will open up the discussion around good practice when procuring coaching.
